Downed wires spark fire in NW D.C.

Pepco is on the scene. No injuries have been reported.
11:37 a.m.
Downed wires and windy conditions sparked a fire Monday that spread to a fence near a home in the 4200 block of 42nd Street NW, D.C. Fire and EMS report.
Fire officials are waiting for Pepco crews to arrive on the scene.
