Federal Center SW Metro evacuated

Federal Center SW Metro station has been evacuated, D.C. Fire and EMS reports.
There is smoke in the station at 401 3rd Street SW from a light fixture near the platform area, officials say. There are no injuries, but trains may be affected passing through.
