Fenty to talk about shootings
D.C. Mayor Adrian M. Fenty (D) will hold a news conference at 9:15 p.m. Wednesday at the scene of the South Capitol Street mass shootings, the D.C. Wire reports.
Fenty will join Police Chief Cathy Lanier to provide an update.
Council Chairman Vincent Gray, who announced Tuesday that he is running for mayor, had criticized Fenty for not being on hand Tuesday night following the shooting.

Fenty could not provide a comment on Tuesday because he just arrived back from Jamaica today. And when he did arrive on the scene of the mass shooting to provide comments the crowd present booed him. I almost felt sorry for him. Almost.....
