Man shot in SE D.C.
A man was shot in the leg on a Southeast Washington sidewalk, D.C. police said.
Police found the victim with the non-life-threatening wound in the 2000 block of Naylor Road about 8:40 p.m., said Officer Hugh Carew, a police spokesman. The man was taken to a local hospital.
Officials released no details about the circumstances of the attack.
