Man shot near D.C.-Md. border
A man was shot and critically wounded Wednesday night near the Prince George's County-D.C. border, officials said.
It wasn't immediately clear in which jurisdiction the man was shot, but investigators found shell casings at Branch Avenue and Suitland Parkway, in the Hillcrest Heights area of Prince George's.
Cpl. Clinton Copeland, a county police spokesman, said a driver of a car carrying a wounded man flagged down a D.C. officer on the Suitland Parkway at Stanton Road about 9:15 p.m.
The injured man was taken to a nearby hospital.

You make it sound that dating a black man who isn't a thug is mutually exclusive. I am sure that there are plenty of decent black guys out there. From my anecdotal experience, black women tend to like guys with "swagger."
Just a thought and not a sermon.
