The reason that DC is so anti-gun is because everyone there lives locked inside this sub-culture bubble, outside the rest of the world, and they do not realize that the trouble they have is within themselves. It is not guns, it is not alcohol, and it is not drugs. It is the people that use them. The culture in these ghetto inner-city neighborhoods is similar to war tribe Africa. One tribe warring without another tribe from another village for so long they cannot even remember what started it. You can take the tiger out of the jungle, but you cannot take the jungle out of the tiger.

----------So what's the excuse for the following "White" warring tribes: Serbs vs. Croats, British vs. Irish, Chechens vs. Russians, Spanish Basque vs. Modern Spain, Israeli vs. Palestinian etc. etc. In the end, whether real or preceived, conflict among human beings is for one of or all of the followin: power, privilegde, property, or prestige. Real or preceived (Imagined)

Those anti-gun laws in D.C. are sure working hard to curb violence. Next up, street punks will utilize sling shots with heavy duty steel balls to conduct drive bys.
