Mary J. Blige, Howard U student?

Our colleagues over at Reliable Source say it doesn't look like Mary J. Blige will be heading to Howard quite yet.

Could the Queen of Hip Hop be trading in a mic for some textbooks?
Mary J. Blige, performing on Good Morning America on Friday, announced that she has been accepted at Howard University, class of 2014, ABC 7 reports.
The singer recently got her GED; she has said she regrets dropping out of high school.
Howard University officials are not confirming whether Blige attend the school.
