No serious injuries in D.C. bus accident

Three children and four adults were taken to a hospital as a precaution following a Thursday morning accident involving a bus from the National Children's Center.
D.C. Fire and EMS say the injuries are not believed to be serious.
10:49 a.m.
A bus carrying children from the National Children's Center was involved in an accident Thursday morning at Chillum and Riggs Road in Northeast, according to D.C. Fire and EMS.
Three passengers, children with special needs, were being evaluated, officials said. Injuries are said not to be serious.
Expect traffic delays in the area.
