Person dies after fall from D.C. building
A person was found dead Friday morning after apparently jumping or falling from a 10 story building in the 1200 block of M Street NW, a fire department spokesman said.
Firefighters were called to the scene about 8 a.m. to find that the person had suffered traumatic injuries from a fall, said Pete Piringer, a D.C. Fire and EMS spokesman. The person was pronounced dead at the scene.
It was unclear which floor the victim fell from. A police spokesman could not provide any details.
