Protesters march on Egyptian Embassy
Dozens of protesters are marching from the Egyptian Embassy in Washington to the White House, calling for Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak to step down.
Some held signs Saturday calling for a peaceful response to the uprising in Egypt. One read “No More Bloodshed.” The protesters marched from the embassy down Connecticut Avenue toward the White House, where many have gathered to ask President Barack Obama to support Egyptians who want democratic reforms.
The protesters came from far beyond Washington. The Flint Journal newspaper reports about 50 people in Michigan boarded a bus Friday to join the protest in Washington, picking up others in Detroit and Toledo, Ohio.
Protests were also staged at the embassy on Tuesday and last Saturday.

These idiots are going to get just what they are asking for and will never be able to go back home. This is just like the Iranian situation, I remember them protesting in front of the Iranian Embassy just as they are now. Obama is courting the Muslim Brotherhood as Carter courted Khomeini. History repeating itself. And in the end we will be drawn into a massive war defending Israel from the religion of hate as they amass on the borders and try to finish what thier old ally Hitler had started.
