Mainly Black folks live in the area where the man was shot. That's over by the BACK of the Marie Reed Center. The street used to be a dead end but was recently opened up, supposedly to make it easier for BD officers to respond without having to go through all of those winding roads.

What does that have to do with anything? A man was shot in the leg, who cares where it was and who occupies the area. If you're familiar with the area, the article indirectly proved your theory.

Be on the lookout for ignorant people who think immigration status or race makes people violent. Right, no one from the US, and no caucasians, commit violent crimes. (PS- I'm white AND American, so no, you can't blame my opinion my being 'a jaded minority'.)
