More than $600 worth of razors stolen

Should the suspect description should include "clean shaven?"
According to police documents, an unidentified man stole more than $650 worth of Gillette razors from the CVS at the Watergate complex, reports the GW Hatchet.
At 6:30 p.m. Jan. 18, the man entered the CVS and stole 22 Gillette razor cartridges, valued at $650.85.
