East Coast Rapist suspect in custody
A man believed to be the "East Coast Rapist" has been arrested in Connecticut, authorities said.
The suspect has committed attacks spanning 13 years, beginning in Prince George's County in the late 1990s, moving into Virginia and then up to New England. One of his most recent attacks occurred on Halloween in 2009, when he forced three trick-or-treating teenage girls into a wooded ravine in Dale City at gunpoint.

There are times the Supreme Court makes decisions they shouldn't. They ruled "Freedom of Speech" applies to donations by corporation or unions to any political fund is covered. They can donate any amount they want to. Other times they do it right. They ruled that there can be no law that limits the length of times a person convicted of any kind of sex related crime can be sentenced to serve. No more "registered sex offenders" running around.

I'm very glad you posted the rules for reviews, especially considering the new ruling for the 1st amendment by the Judges.
Thank you for being so prompt to make this statement governing the site.

Let's hope that he is indeed the one that law enforcement has been looking for. His reign of terror has gone on far too long!

Hopefully if all test, and evidence proves him to be guilty, he will be locked away for good. There are too many criminals who are out there raping, stealing, and killing, they should be locked away for the rest of their lives.
They all need to be punished because they are monsters. The rapist in prisons are awaiting his arrival, hopefully he will be able to fight them off, and remember those who were helpless whom he raped.

Good Work,
I am sure the citizens on the East coast can rest a little easier.
