Authorities have reopened 15th Street NW between L and M to cars and pedestrians.
2:35 p.m.
Authorities are asking people to stay inside buildings on 15th Street NW after a suspicious package was found in a garage underneath a building that houses federal workers. Workers in the building where the package was discovered have been evacuated.
