Thousands without power in region
High winds are taking a toll on power lines around the region. More than 18,000 customers were without power in the District, Maryland, and Northern Virginia on Saturday afternoon.
Here are outages as of 12:30 p.m. Saturday:
Pepco: 6,582
The District: 171
Montgomery County: 4,673
Prince George's County: 1,730

BG&E: 12,083 across Maryland
To report outages to BG&E, call 1-877-778-2222.
Dominion: 617 in Northern Virginia
To report outages to Dominion Power, call 866-366-4357.
