Tree falls on cars in Dupont

A tree fell on several cars on Connecticut Avenue near Q Street NW in Dupont Circle about 8 p.m. as thunderstorms swept through downtown Washington, authorities said.
No injuries were reported, but the northbound service lane of Connecticut Avenue was shut down.
