Trial over White House protest to start

By Mike McPhate

The trial for activist Cindy Sheehan over her arrest earlier this year is scheduled to begin in D.C. Superior Court.

Sheehan was among eight anti-war protesters arrested March 20 after laying coffins at a White House fence. She was charged with crossing a police line.

Her bench trial is set to begin Monday morning. Judge Robert E. Morin will decide the case.

Sheehan, whose son was killed in Iraq in April 2004, staged a prolonged demonstration in 2005 outside then-President George W. Bush's ranch near Crawford, Texas.

When does the trial start of those responsible for the death of her son and thousands of others in this war based upon lies?

"Crossing a police line" to place some coffins? Who was harmed? She was right to do everything in her power to stop this war, and to bring the real cost into American leaders' consciousness. She is certainly no criminal for this act of civil disobedience.

Her 15 minutes were up and no one cares about her now so she gets herself arrested just to find out people still don't care.

Hey Unca Frank,

There is no honor in an unjust war. Bush lied, and many others died. Do you or anyone here or in this country think we are better off for these bogus wars. If so just keep on drinking the Koolaid. Of course she broke the law and will likely pay for it, but even that doesn't make it wrong, just illegal.

My guess is NEVER.
Are you aware that the war in Iraq began in 1991???
Are you aware it started because Iraq invaded Kuwaiti????
Are you aware that the UN, US and 80 other countries liberated Iraq and then forced Iraq (Saddam Hussein) out of Kuwait and eventually forced Iraq to surrender to the UN, US and 80 other countries????
Are you aware that for 13 years (through the entire Clinton presidency) Saddam failed to meet the terms of his surrender agreement and continued playing games until eventually being removed from power by the US????

No! You Republicants will not re-write history! Nothing, but nothing in Iraq is a fault of Obama.
The illegal invasion and occupation of Iraq was George W. Bush and his administration, and the continued presence of American forces in Iraq is due to the Bush SOFA agreement.
What Republicants insist is success in Iraq has instead proved to be a monumental failure.
What Republicants have accomplished in Iraq is not worth the value of a single drop of American blood.
The beneficiary of this monumental blunder..... Iran!

Cindy Sheehan is correct to in her protest of the "occupation" ongoing in Iraq.

Scudder, you poor, uneducated, simple clod. Guess you were asleep when the Bush Administration invaded Afghanistan to "get" Osama bin Laden, still asleep were you when they let bin Laden escape at Tora Bora? Still asleep when congress was lied to in order to falsely invade Iraq? Say, Bubba, 8 years is less than a year and 7 months. Maybe you should go back and finish High School and focus a little more on math. You might bone up a bit on recent history as well as the fact that the Bush mis-administration never included any of the costs of either the Iraq or Afghanistan Wars in the budget and left that little detail to President Obama to deal with. Naw, all those facts escaped your tiny little republican brain. By the way Dimbulb, it was the Bushies Bernanke that bailed out the banks as well as leaving the checkbook open for them with no legal basis for them to show how they spent the money....hope that brings you a bit up to date, not that you'll understand it or even remember it past the next Limbaugh show.

Our country was taken over by a coup illegally and criminally in November 2000 > the PNAC Neocons (prominent members are Dick Cheney, Paul Wolfowitz, Donald Rumsfeld, and Jeb Bush, et al). Project for the New American Century PNAC (criminal war think tank abusing NPO laws as their cover) conspired and executed this war by placing their puppet, George W Bush, in the White House.
http://www.newamericancentury.org/RebuildingAmericasDefenses.pdf

PNAC plotted this war in Sept 2000 and placed it online, a year before 9/11/2001 and two months before Bush was "selected" in November 2000, in conjunction with IASPS (another criminal war think tank based in Israel with an office in DC).
http://www.rightweb.irc-online.org/profile/Institute_for_Advanced_Strategic_and_Political_Studies

Cindy learned of these "war think tanks" that conspired war crimes against humanity and against American soldiers soon after her beloved son, Casey, died in Iraq War.

Vince Bugliosi wrote a book "The Prosecution of George W Bush for Murder" http://www.prosecutionofbush.com/ on how the American people can successfully seek justice for these war criminals at large. Murder has NO statute of limitations.

Sheehan is an attentionwhore that apparantly was none too close to her children - effectively abandoning them in their teens.
Relatives have said she used his death to grasp for more attention and "importance" to herself....and in turn was relentlessly exploited as a "grieving mother SYMBOL of Unlimited Moral Authority" by the Hard Left and Progressive Jews orchestrating her media campaign.

Her 15 minutes were up long ago. Too stupid to realize it. All her Lefty friends and their little fake cemetery coffins for "fallen heroes murdered by Bush" all went away when their Black Messiah was elected.
They are dutifully silent about the soldiers "murdered by Obama in Afghanistan and Iraq". All the little fake headstones and phony soldiers coffins are now in prop storage in some Lefty warehouse with about 11,000 "No Blood For Oil!" signs made in 1990....awaiting the next Republic president, I guess..to all be trotted out of the Lefty Agitprop facility with the usual strident, angry aging Lefties waving them.

Niger Uranium Forgeries
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Niger_uranium_forgeries

"The Niger uranium forgeries are forged documents initially revealed by Italian Military intelligence. These documents purport to depict an attempt by the regime of Saddam Hussein in Iraq to purchase "yellowcake" uranium powder from Niger during the Iraq disarmament crisis.

On the basis of these documents and other indicators, the governments of the United States and the United Kingdom asserted that Iraq had attempted to procure nuclear material for the purpose of creating what they called weapons of mass destruction, referred to as WMD, in defiance of the United Nations Iraq sanctions..."

"...IAEA analysis
Further, in March 2003, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) released results of his analysis of the documents. Reportedly, it took IAEA officials only a matter of hours to determine that these documents were fake. Using little more than a Google search, IAEA experts discovered indications of a crude forgery, such as the use of incorrect names of Nigerien officials. As a result, the IAEA reported to the U.N. Security Council that the documents were "in fact not authentic". The UN spokesman wrote:

“ The I.A.E.A. was able to review correspondence coming from various bodies of the government of Niger and to compare the form, format, contents and signature of that correspondence with those of the alleged procurement-related documentation. Based on thorough analysis, the I.A.E.A. has concluded, with the concurrence of outside experts, that these documents, which formed the basis for the reports of recent uranium transaction between Iraq and Niger, are in fact not authentic. We have therefore concluded that these specific allegations are unfounded.[20]..."

This American, and many others like me, also wish to know that answer to this.

The million dead in Iraq (by several studies) also wish to know when the war criminals of the previous administration will face trial in the Hague.

Does justice ever happen in America? Or is the American way all about lying and denial? Is that really what being an American is about?

good luck cindy, democracy (aka voting numbers) people that vote, have taken on drastic change in profile , today ever increasing numbers are united in voting oppinion based on ethnicity first rather than the issues a candidate represents, so, negro's being born every second, jews supporting gods jewish state via influence over most washington affairs, and businesses employing illegals at low rate pay for increased profits, all going to degrade what america was all about, jews, negro's, wetbacks, and business interests, = the enemies within america serving to make special interests above all else!

Do you smell it? The rotting, decaying putrid stench of the morally bankrupt left? They repackaged selfish special interests as "compassion": schools run for the benefit of unionized teachers, not students; welfare that served administrators rather than the poor; trade protections that enriched favored industries at the expense of the general public.

They are all greedy grasping entitled welfare-monkeys. But guess what, not only are they morally bankrupt, meaning without morals, they are financially bankrupt.

Let me count the states. CA, NY, IL, NJ, NV, MI, CO, HA, ETC.

Well, have to steal some more money from the middle class since only half of this great nation even pays federal taxes. Good luck entitlement monkeys.

Ms. Sheehan, I admire you and everything you have done to avenge your son's death. The reality is that America has a love affair with war and it is part of our GDP. Without war many people in this country would be unemployed. To say differently is to be dishonest about who we are as a country. Without an enemy we could not survive.

Must credit Ms. Sheehan for being truly antiWar instead of antiWar left (which means that as soon as BHO owned the war, it was OK, MSM stopped reporting on it, et al). BHO promised to have us out of Iraq as of about 6 mths ago. Our founding fathers rolled over in their graves when we invaded Iraq. Now that the occupation continues and 99% of the protesters (who were protesting Bush, not war) are silent, I applaud Ms. Sheehan for being one of very few true war protesters. Her stint in Venezuela was not her brightest move, but she has the integrity that the former war protesters lack.
And as for blaming this war on Christianity ... that is like blaming everyone of MiddleEastern descent for 9/11.
