Vehicle flips over in NW D.C.
D.C. police are investigating an accident Tuesday night in the Palisades area of Northwest Washigton, where a car flipped over, authorities said.
Police and emergency crews were called to Loughboro and MacArthur Boulevard and found a vehicle overturned in the street about 8:31 p.m., said Officer Paul Metcalf, a spokesman.
According to preliminary reports, the driver left the vehicle and walked to Sibley Memorial Hospital, which is located in the block, officials said.
