Water-skiing Santa to hit the waves
A water-skiing Santa, complete with knee-boarding reindeer, will take to the Potomac River near Washington for his 25th anniversary appearance.
The Santa on waves show starts at 1 p.m. Friday, with the best viewing from National Harbor, next to the Wilson Bridge on the Maryland side of the river.
Santa will also be joined by the Flying Elves and a Grinch on a Jet-Ski. Frosty the Snowman is settling for slower but more sedate transportation -- a dinghy.
