Deputies injured in Fauquier courthouse shooting
Two deputies were injured in a shooting at the Fauquier County courthouse, according to the Associated Press.
Deputy County Administrator Catherine Heritage says the deputies were transporting an inmate to a hearing Wednesday and that the shooting occurred at the courthouse. She said the deputies were transported to the hospital and were in stable condition. The inmate was apprehended.
