Ex-mayor charged city $11K for makeup
Former Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon charged the city more than $11,000 for professional makeup services, Baltimore's Fox 45 reports.
This latest news about the former mayor's spending comes after early reports by the Baltimore Sun that Dixon, who resigned in January as part of a plea deal following her conviction on embezzlement and perjury charges, also apparently billed the city for $260 worth of hair styling services.
