A group of eight children exploring a fire truck went for an unexpected ride Saturday in Pasadena.
The Lake Shore Volunteer Fire Company was holding a demonstration when the truck's emergency brake released, and the truck rolled down a hill and crashed into a tree.
A spokesman for the Anne Arundel County Fire Department says none of the children were hurt, but one firefighter who tried to stop the truck was slightly injured.
