Free ice cream at the IRS building

By Washington Post editors

Yes folks, it's true.

The folks at Dairy Queen have dispatched their Blizzardmobile to D.C. and plan to hand out free ice cream outside the IRS building on Thursday -- also known as April 15, Tax Day -- the Washington Business Journal reports.

From noon to 1 p.m. Dairy Queen will park the Blizzardmobile outside the IRS building at 10th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue NW and give Mini Blizzards to taxpayers and accountants (accountants and CPA deserve a treat too!).

Dairy Queen is using Tax Day to mark the 25th birthday of the Blizzard.
