High winds cause power outages in region

The high winds lashing the region have downed trees and power lines around the area. Power companies are reporting the following number of outages.
Pepco: 159
Dominion Power: 8,801
Baltimore Gas & Electric: 1,925
NOVEC: 783
Total: 11,668
