Hogan will not run for governor of Maryland

The Maryland Politics blog is reporting that Larry Hogan, who was planning to seek the Republican nomination for governor of Maryland, will announce today that he is ending his exploratory bid.
In a prepared statement, Hogan says he is convinced that Robert L. Ehrlich Jr. will seek a return to the governor's mansion.
