Howard County man indicted in fatal car wreck
A 22-year-old Howard County man has been indicted by a grand jury on multiple counts in connection with a fatal collision that killed his friend and injured his brother.
Police said David Dixon Erdman II of Ellicott City had been drinking when he climbed behidn the wheel of his pick-up truck last November following a party. A friend Steven Dansko, who climbed into the bed of the truck, was thrown from the truck when it struck three stone pillars. Erdman's brother, Thomas, who was captain of the football team, was also injured.
Dansko was a popular River Hill High School football player.
