Prince George's County State's Attorney Glenn F. Ivey has decided not to challenge incumbent Rep. Donna F. Edwards for her seat in Maryland's 4th District, Jonathan Mummolo is reporting on the Maryland Politics blog.
Ivey announced last month he was exploring the idea of challenging Edwards rather than run for county executive, a post he was widely believed to be seeking.
Ivey is expected to hold a news conference at 6:30 p.m.
