Kaine to hold final meeting with Tech families
Gov. Tim Kaine was expected to host his final meeting with the families of students and faculty killed or injured in the 2007 mass shootings at Virginia Tech.
Several families who planned to attend Saturday's meeting were angry over revisions Kaine announced earlier in the week to the official report into the shootings.
The changes corrected a handful of issues Virginia Tech raised after the first set of revisions to the report last month.
Kaine agreed to three meetings with the families as part of an $11 million settlement in which the families agreed not to file a lawsuit over the shootings that killed 33 people, including student gunman Seung-Hui Cho.
Two other families filed lawsuits, which are working their way through the courts.
