Man charged with fatal stabbing in NE

A 36-year-old Northeast Washington man was arrested Friday and charged in a fatal stabbing that occurred this week on the eastern edge of Capitol Hill, D.C. police said.
They said Nathaniel Phillips was charged with second -degree murder in the killing of Theresa Hungerford on Monday in the 1600 block of E Street NE.
