Man found dead in Frederick lake identified

The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of a man found dead in a lake near New Market last week.
The agency said Monday he was 24-year-old New Market resident Morgan Platt.
Authorities say they are still investigating the circumstances surrounding Platt’s death.
