Man grabs, kisses teen girl

Our own Allison Klein reports on the Crime Scene blog that an intoxicated man approached a teenage girl at her high school track Monday afternoon, grabbed her, kissed her on the head and refused to let go until other students got involved.
This happened less than 24 hours before another man assaulted a child on her way to school Tuesday.
