Man indicted in kidnapping of girl found slain

The man suspected in the slaying of an 11-year-old Salisbury girl found dead on Christmas Day has been indicted on charges of kidnapping, child abduction and burglary.
Crime Scene has a report from the Associated Press on the indictment of Thomas Leggs Jr. Leggs has not yet been charged in the death of Sarah Haley Foxwell but authorities say he face additional charges.
