2 sex offenders arrested at Dulles
U.S. Customs and Border Protection says two alleged sex offenders have been arrested at Dulles International Airport.
The first, 46-year-old Kehipo Bolou, was arrested Monday after he returned to the United States from Belgium. Bolou is charged with third-degree sexual abuse of a minor. He's an Ivory Coast citizen who lives in Gaithersburg.
On Tuesday, CBP officers arrested 52-year-old Robert Binford of New Castle, Del., after he arrived from Kuwait. He's charged with failure to report as a sex offender.
CBP says nine people were arrested at Dulles in November on various charges.

Sex offenders who are citizens of other countries should not be allowed to enter the USA...unless we are doing so to put them behind bars.

I don't think the TSA offered them jobs but I'm sure the District will hire them...they don't do background checks!

Sex offenders -- use BWI or [Reagan] National. Avoid Dulles.
