Baltimore won't go after Wale for cursing
The city of Baltimore will not pursue legal action against D.C. hip-hop artist Wale for reportedly using profanity and racial slurs during a performance at a free, city-sponsored arts festival, The Baltimore Sun reports.
Wale was a headliner on the main stage during the city's Artscape festival. Organizers said performers are told in advance about the family-friendly nature of the event. Performers are also paid in advance and its not possible to revoke payment, organizers said.
