Water advisory for Bayside Beach
The Anne Arundel County Department of Health has issued an advisory to avoid swimming and other direct water contact at Bayside Beach in Pasadena after high bacteria levels were found in water samples.
Officials advise that people who come in contact with the water to wash with soap and warm water immediately. Clothing should also be washed.
The water was resampled Wednesday; the advisory may be lifted once results are back an acceptable levels for at least two consecutive days.
