Bullet strikes teen in Frederick in head
Police in Frederick say a teenager suffered a minor head wound from a bullet that was fired at a home in the 400 block of Heather Ridge Drive.
Police say someone fired a number of shots at the residence at about 3 a.m. Friday. One of the rounds traveled through a wooden fence and a wall of the house, and then struck a headboard and some bedding before hitting the victim.
Police say the victim was treated on the scene by emergency medical workers.
