Colleges extend spring term to make up snow days

By Washington Post editors

The snow may have melted, but it's still having an impact on the region. Reporter Daniel de Vise reports over at College Inc. that three community colleges are extending their spring semesters to make up snow days.

The College of Southern Maryland has lengthened its spring semester a week to May 12; Howard Community College has extended its spring term by one week to May 21; and Anne Arundel Community College has also extended its spring term by one week, to May 23.
