Discovery to reopen Silver Spring park

Discovery Communications will reopen its public park in Silver Spring during the daytime on weekends only, The Gazette reports.
The park was closed in September after a gunman entered the building and took three hostages.
James J. Lee, 43, was shot by police after a nearly four-hour standoff.
