Two Howard County homes had to be evacuated after worker found 26 sticks of dynamite in a nearby shed, Fox 5 reports.

Work crews discovered the box of dynamite Wednesday afternoon in the 6200 block of Hanover Road in Elkridge and then called the fire department. Bomb technicians safely disposed of the dynamite.
