Frederick, a celeb hotspot?
Capitol Hill isn't the only place in the region to catch a star.
On Monday, Harrison Ford -- he'll always be Indiana Jones to us -- flew into Frederick to talk aviation with the staff of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
Ford is the spokesman for the group, which is lobbying Congress to maintain funding for community airports, the Frederick News Post reports.
Later this week Frederick will play host to a "celeb" from the world of reality TV and supermarket tabloids. Jon Gosselin, of "Jon & Kate Plus 8", is coming to town to raise money for Mount St. Mary's University athletic program.
Gosselin's brother, Thomas, is head coach of Mount St. Mary's women's soccer team.
Gosselin will pose for photos with fans -- $10 fee per picture. All proceeds go to the college. The fundraiser will be held at The Greene Turtle from 8 to 10 p.m. Thursday.
