Frederick man is fatally shot
A 28-year-old Frederick man who was armed with a rifle was fatally shot Sunday during a confrontation with police, the Frederick police department said.
It was not clear whether Olivier Yumba Cohen, of S. Market Street, was shot by an officer or whether his wound was self-inflicted, the police said.
Police said they were sent to the man’s house shortly before 6 a.m. for a call about a domestic disturbance. On the way, police were told that the man had left the house with a rifle. After the man was found near the house, police said, he fired at least once and an officer fired several times.
The incident is being investigated, police said.

Yep, turns out he was a French, Black, Jew who was an illegal alien. At least that's a postulation since WaPo doesn't believe in crime reporting.
