Group offers new goals for Chesapeake
Chesapeake Bay advocates rolled out 25 proposed new goals to restore the bay on Wednesday, one day before the region's governors gather to discuss plans for restoring the nation's largest estuary.
The advocates want to pressure the District and six states that make up the bay watershed to adopt new limits on pollution in keeping with a plan crafted by the federal Environmental Protection Agency.
