Man gets 12 years in Annapolis attacks
A man who broke into a woman's home and attempted to sexually assault her and her 6-year-old niece has been sentenced to 12 years in prison.
Nineteen-year-old Juan Carlos Conseco-Figueroa said through a translator at sentencing Monday in Anne Arundel County Circuit that he had asked God to forgive him for what he did, according to The Baltimore Sun.
Prosecutors say on Feb. 16, 2009, Conseco-Figueroa broke into a woman's apartment, threatened her with two knives in front of three children. He cut the woman several times before she broke free. He took off a 6-year-old's clothes and forced her into a bedroom. Police broke the door down.
Conseco-Figueroa will be deported to Mexico at the end of his sentence.

Why didn't Carlos ask God to make him stay home that night and be a good boy?

Put a computer micro chip in everyone of these illegal criminals so that law enforcement will know if they dare to cross the border and enter the USA again- If they do they should become organ donors!
