Man shot in Frederick home invasion
Three men have been taken into custody following a home invasion in Frederick that left one man with a gunshot wound to the leg, ABC 7 reports.
Frederick Police officials say they responded to a home at 12:22 a.m. where they found that a man had been shot. He was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A short time after the shooting, police officers found three men. And after a brief chase with one of the suspects, all three were taken into custody and taken to the Frederick Police Department Headquarters.

Likely a case of a homeowner defending his home, but the Washington Post would never confirm that, let alone report it.

I think you guys are reading this wrong. It sounds like it was the homeowner who was shot, not one of the three intruders (excuse me... alledged intruders.)

You must not know PG very well if you think what happens in Frederick County rivals what happens there. PG has been a nightmare for at least 30 years.
