Md. county exec recovers from surgery
Anne Arundel County Executive John R. Leopold is recovering after having his second back surgery in five months, a spokesman told The Baltimore Sun on Monday.
Leopold underwent revision lumbar spinal fusion surgery Friday afternoon at Anne Arundel Medical Center and was released from the hospital Sunday, spokesman Dave Abrams said. He had a similar procedure in February.
