MoCo firefighters injured in roof collapse
Four firefighters were injured Wednesday night when a roof collapsed on their heads while they were cleaning up after a fire in Rockville, WUSA 9 reports.
The fire broke out at 7:25 p.m. in a home undergoing renovations in the 1700 block of Wilmart Street.
The firefighters were taken to a hospital. Montgomery County Fire spokeswoman Beth Anne Nesselt said three of the four firefighters were expected to be treated and released immediately. The fourth firefighter had non life-threatening injuries, but may require more medical attention.
