Update: Missing Rockville girl is located

Keonta was located this evening, safe and unharmed, in Washington, according to Montgomery County police.

Detectives from the Montgomery County police Family Crimes Division and 4th District officers are asking the public’s help in finding an 11-year-old girl missing from Rockville.
Keonta Tamika Allen was last seen leaving the 4100 block of Bauer Drive in Rockville on Thursday about 8:30 a.m. The girl is described as black with a medium complexion, 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighing about 90 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. She is believed to be wearing a jacket of unknown color, a white T-shirt, blue jeans and red/orange high-top Nike tennis shoes with flowers. She may be carrying a small plastic bag.
Police ask that anyone with information about Keonta’s location contact the Montgomery County police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 or the Family Crimes Division at 240-773-5400.
