Charges filed in synagogue desecration
An Olney man has been charged with the desecration of a Montgomery County synagogue, Crime Scene reports.
Ian Jacob Baron, 22, has been charged with five crimes related to the July 26 desecration of B'nai Shalom Synagogue.
Baron, who police say identifies himself as a neo-Nazi member, was charged with malicious destruction of property over $500, two counts of malicious destruction of property under $500, one count of race/religious property damage and one count of defacing religious property.
