O'Malley set to file re-election bid
Gov. Martin O'Malley is scheduled to formally file with the state elections board to run for a second term.
O'Malley's campaign said the governor is scheduled to file at the Maryland State Board of Elections on Wednesday afternoon.
Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown is set to file with O'Malley, who is a Democrat.
The filing deadline is July 6.
Former Gov. Robert Ehrlich, a Republican who is running in a rematch against O'Malley, has not formally filed yet.
