Pedestrian hit in North Bethesda

A pedestrian was hit Friday morning near the intersection of southbound Highway 355/Rockville Pike and Marinelli Road in North Bethesda, police said.
Fire and emergency officials are on the scene.
Motorists should avoid the area.
